Your fins are making your heels look like ground beef. If only you had some padding for the heel strap...oh...wait...you do! It's the eBodyboarding.com Swim Fin Heel Pads.
2mm neoprene with hook and loop closure (the "V$%cro" company doesn't let us use the term "V$%cro") keeps them (they come in a pair) secure to your fin strap. They even includes nylon string tethers that will keep your fins attached to your ankles in the event of them getting blown off your feet! Don't want the tethers? A pair of scissors and about 10 seconds will solve that problem. Get some now!
